Three years into this game and I only noticed this tonight as I land in CM for the roulette. I get seperated from group (through my own fault), pop open map and see the area label "Phantom Train Depot". Now, I used to think the tracks were basically some trolley/mini-transport train the Garleans were using but I'm wondering if there was more to it.
Could some loremasters share some light on this? Maybe there's something in-game that I don't remember or missed out about it--and yes, I'm aware of the raid version of it but I don't think it mentioned anything related to the Garlean Empire (or maybe it did, can't recall).
