Not much really changed here beyond a lack of couple of teleports. Which is nice but didn't make too big of a difference but the pacing here was already pretty solid so it didn't really need much work.
However, the big change here really has no change to these quests but the build up. The pacing is much better in the quests prior to it so it feels good to reach this point.
But overall, not much to really say about this arc compared to before the patch.
But, I will mention that if you are not a preferred world, you WILL have to do some leveling to start the next part. I reached about level 47 at the end here and the final quests start at 49 so the experience changes are 100% not capable of getting you through the entire story.
