Amount of quests after patch: 12

Overall, the thing that really improved was the last crystal as you basically have to go out of the White Wolf Gate, go slay Giggity, and run back. The steps are quick and easy. The Burning Wall is terrible but at least you don't have to get the pot.

The Isles of Umbra is unchanged but for me, that was the most interesting part with Siren so I didn't really care.

The change to the last one - no longer having to go to the Sylphs and the Sanctum drastically sped up the pace. Like with the Company of Heroes, it changes enough that I actually thought more was removed. Same with removing the pot collection part since the Golden Bazaar has no teleport crystal.

Also, like with the Titan Arc and the Coerthas arc, it feels more focused with these simple removals. I can't say I like this part, but I also can't say I really hate it anymore either. It's become more a "well, it is what it is" part. It speeds by fast enough with the tighter focus on the first and third crystal that I don't really have to get annoyed by it and Siren makes for a memorable part for the second (this is bias from a Final Fantasy series fan though).

However, I do recommend starting to do roulettes around this point or the Coerthas arc (or even Titan arc) because I am rapidly getting close to being at level or underlevel once the Brand New Ring is no longer viable at level 31. Make sure to keep food buffs as well.
