1. Use and decipher timeworn br'aaxskin maps until you get a portal to Cenote Ja Ja Gural.
2. Within Cenote Ja Ja Gural, clear the first three platforms, opening the gate to the fourth platform.
3. Step on to the teleporter that flies you to the fourth platform.
4. Look down at the green lights on the water surface and see that one of the circles is cut off as presented here:
