I submitted a game data recovery request about 2 weeks ago (and received an email response that it had been received and escalated). However, the form stated that it should take 7-10 days, and nothing has happened yet, so is there any place I can go to get a status?
I obviously don't want to play any of the new patch since anything I get will likely get rolled back, but I also don't want to continue to pay my subscription and not be able to play, so I'm not sure what to do at this point.
