tl;dr: The two line limit severely limits the usefulness of this feature. Please add an option to display the entirety of each message inside the chat bubble.
Chat bubbles are incredibly useful in populated areas where the chat is flying by very quickly since they allow you to simply look in the direction of who you're speaking with and ignore the chat window entirely. They also make the game much more immersive since you're spending your time looking at the characters and world around you instead of staring at a text log. With a two line limit you'll still be forced to look at the chat window regularly to read the entire message which defeats the point of having chat bubbles to begin with.
Additionally, one of the main situations where this most frequently happens is during roleplaying, such as at a packed tavern venue. As you might imagine, messages sent during roleplaying are typically fairly long and with a great number of people in a venue the chat window can become very difficult to follow. Chat bubbles help a great deal with this for the reasons stated above. However, a two line limit makes chat bubbles pretty much useless in this scenario for one of the groups that could use it the most.
I have no issue with there being an option to cut off the message after two lines, but please consider adding an additional option to remove this limit entirely and display the entirety of each message in the chat bubble. It's okay to have large chat bubbles if you're opting into it!
Thank you!
PS: Please allow them to be used in combat as well. If people become super toxic about it you can always disable it later.
