This is a really silly question, but has been bothering me since I started playing: what's the deal with the City-State information in your character profile? I mean, the city reflects the area where you started the game because of your class, ok... but the intro storyline itself is always about how you are a newcomer there and nobody knows you, so why make THAT your "city-state"?
Shouldn't it be something you chose, the same place from the Grand Company you opts for or anything like that? Also, RPers, how do you deal with it? You don't care about it at all, or do you start with a random class from the place you want to call "home" and then at lvl 15 just goes anywhere else to get your desired class?
Nothing too serious, I was just bothered about something that doesn't make too much sense to me, haha. Thanks in advance!
