First and foremost other characters can log in and play the game just fine, it is only my main named "Fabulous Stabulous" that cannot get online (my only character). At the end of loading screen it just goes black then crashes. Every time.
When I got the dreaded "Directx fatal error" my game crashed and I couldn't get back online from there. Thus begun 24 hours (3-4 of which online) diagnosing and fixing everything I could.
I reinstalled the game, I followed all the different sorts of instructions out there including trying DX9 and rolling back drivers, I went as far as wiping my drivers (NVIDIA specifically) and even registry and starting completely fresh. At this point I had 2 options, reinstall windows or open a ticket / email for help.
Well it's been several days I am still waiting, I feel if a GM can teleport my character to a new location that may help or solve the situation.
I recently re-subscribed and it does feel bad man to be locked out of the game, not at my own expense, because it has taken several days so far for customer service to see my email.
I hope my ticket, my email, or this post can be seen soon, and a GM can teleport my character to a home destination so I can try logging in again.
