Change Crafting Material Allocation Until AFTER Craft Fails or Succeeds

As the title says, SE needs to change it so that our mats during crafting are not consumed until AFTER a craft fails or succeeds. If you cannot keep us safe from these constant DCs, the least you can do is stop costing us untold costs because we get screwed out of mats when a DC happens during crafting. Absolutely ridiculous system and the fact that it has not been addressed yet is an insult to the paying members of this game. FIX THIS!!
