cc rank should have requirements for playing minimum amount of match

cc rank matches are mostly not available as people who have ranked up .they dont play matches or play very much less match in fear of losing rank .
each season there should be some requirement like you have to play this much number of matches or you will derank .
casual matches are fine but there should be a way to keep rank cc alive .

also there should be rewards for pre season to keep the ball going .
