I'm having an issue where I can't log into my main character. It's currently in Hyperion, Primal, though I originally made it in Exodus. I thought the issue was on my end, but I'm able to play as another character on Exodus Primal, so I don't think it's a connectivity issue. Please help! Here is a picture of the error:
