Can't Find The Old Arr Replicas From Drake Despite Finishing Zeta

I can't seem to find the old relic Novus or Nexus replicas from Drake despite finishing Zeta. Also, strangely, although I have finished both Zeta for PLD and WHM, ONLY PLD Zeta is available from Drake. Can someone please offer some help?

- Only Zeta replicas are available.

- Only PLD Zeta but not WHM Zeta is available.
