Steps:
1. Use controller with new character
2. Start lv 1 quest "Making a Name"
3. Go to Bullwark Hall and try to interact with the Peculiar Herbs
4. Object is not targetable at all, despite changing multiple times the settings for targeting and filtering
5. Eventually randomly the object might be selected but then some weird message would pop up saying "Unable to execute action from this location" with absolutely no reason.
Notes:
- this was not the case during Shadowbringers or Endwalker (created a few alts during those expansion and never had this bug).
- while I was typing this report, another new player using controller complained about not being able to pick up the object, even after eventually managing to target it
- it does work when using the mouse, so it is more likely a controller interaction issue
