I have a brand new MacBook Pro, which meets all the qualifications for installation and then some for FF XIV, but after I download the dmg and drag it to applications and open it says FF XIV has encountered a serious problem and to please contact Square Enix support...which I am. I see others having this issue too, and no solution seems to have come about? Is there any update on this or any way to fix this problem? I'm doing everything asked by other threads: uninstalling, reinstalling, starting up fresh (hold shift at startup), closed all other programs, checked my network, and all that jazz. I'd love an answer to this so I can play on my computer rather than just my PS4.
