Its the periodic table, with the symbols matched up with FF characters whos names start with or contain the same letter or couple of letters.

And its awesome! Have to show my chem teacher, maybe we can hang it up in the lab with the periodic table of beer types and the periodic table of elephants and the periodic table of fish.
