Can We Get A Rework Of Healers For 6.0

Healers healing choices are pretty wide but generally limited to Ogcd for optimal play while dps skills are very limited and always a gcd. This makes healing a spam one button while pressing a ogcd heal whenever needed which isnt very engaging or interesting.
Tlrd:Can we remove all Ogcd heals and replace them with a mix of Ogcd damage spell and gcd healing spells?

I wouldn\\'t ask if I didnt have a suggestion for each of the current jobs so the following will those suggestions.
White mage:
change holy from a gcd to a 30 second Ogcd with a recast of 30 seconds and stun to 6 seconds.

Change assize to a gcd instant cast damage only with a proc from medica or medical II to add back the aoe heal. 400 mp

Change Tetragrammaton into a 700 pot Ogcd damage ability 90 seconds recast

Change Divine Benison into a gcd and remove recast, add only usable after cure, cure 2 or cure 3. Pot buff, not sure to what thou.

Change dia and glare to ogcd. dia recast to 60 seconds glare to 15 seconds. Make stone, stone 2 stone 3 a combo.

Change Fluid Aura to a line aoe that heals 700 pot gcd with a 120 second recast. 1000 mp

Change Asylum to gcd remove recast timer and last 30 seconds. 800 MP

Add every lily used gives 1000 MP to whm.

Scholar:
Change ruin 2 to have added debuff on target to take 10% more damage from casters dots. Last 12 seconds

Remove Corruption Mastery II. Change Biolysis to Ogcd, add recast of 60 seconds

Change Sacred Soil to gcd no recast timer no aether cost. 400 mp

Change Indomitability to gcd pot 600.

Change Galvanize buff to take damage after Catalyze buff.

Change Excogitation to gcd. If under 50% on cast no change, if above 3 charges on target each heal for 400 pot, on expires heals 400 pot.

Change broil, broil 2 into a combo maybe add a broil 3 for 80+

Ast:
A possible card change from the dps central it is now.
Balance: buff on target that reduces attackers damage by 5%
Bole: 10% damage resist
Spear: 20% physical damage resist
Arrow: 10% increased healing
Spire: 20% magical damage resist
Ewer: MP regen
And the minor Arcana changes
Lord: nocturnal Sect 250 pot heal and shield
Diurnal Sect 100 pot heal and 100 regen for 15 seconds
Lady: Diurnal Sect 250 pot heal and shield
Nocturnal Sect 100 pot heal and 100 regen for 15 seconds

Change Essential Dignity to gcd. Thats its

Change Collective Unconscious to use a gcd. Thats it

Change Celestial Opposition to ogcd 600 pot damage aoe. 45 second recast

Change Earthly Star to gcd. 1200 mp no recast timer

Change Celestial Intersection to gcd 400 MP

All healers. Remove repose, add a bind that doesn\\'t fall off when target is hit. Last 10 seconds with a recast of 120 seconds.
