Can we please see this item in game at some point for players. It's already in some form for NPC's, and It makes me jealous.
Scarves, or A proper turtle neck, mmh sounds great!
I wouldn't care if it's even a mog item, or something you dish out during holidays (hint hint)
It's also very gender neutral, so a win win for everyone! And I don't think it'd be too much of a problem across races...
