Can I Still Play On Multiple Platforms If I Got The Expansion For Just One?

I have FFXIV on my PS4 as well as on my PC. When Shadowbringers came out I only got it for pc and not PS4. Am I still able to play it on my PS4 or will it restrict me from starting it up in any way?
