Can I make the top part of the Cross Hot Bar change with my class?

I play on Steam Deck and find the Cross Hot Bar brilliant. I had attuned myself to using the right side with the top-right on one of my classes…. But then realised the top-right doesn’t change per class like the rest of it does.

Is there a way to make the top part of this bar change like the rest of it?
