Go to Dragonhead.
Ride on the ground (because no flying, yo!) to Observatorium.
Pick Quest up.
Go do stuff elsewhere.
Go back to Dragonhead.
Ride back down to Observatorium
Over and over and over and over again.
For the love of Hydaelyn, couldn't that guy PLEASE sit his butt down in Camp Dragonhead, Foundation, etc?
