I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue.
I've recently been trying to accept a callback campaign email from some friends. But I've run into the issue of never receiving them. I've checked my spam folder etc and made sure its not being blocked by my email account, which it isn't.
I have spoken to support three times already and they haven't been very helpful. Just telling me to check my spam folder and to just wait for the email. (I've been attempting this since the callback campaign started)
EDIT - I've been away from the game for 125 days
As a last resort I tried tweeting the SE EU account and the FFXIV one but had nothing yet.
Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks in advance
