So I've been discussing this topic with some FC mates (which I know has been done to death) but we think we've come up with a rather novel solution to the problem of butt sliders. Just make some filled out leg slot bikini items.
That's what folks want to see, they're not trying to fit apple bottom jean butts under loads of plate armor and hoop skirts. They wanna stand around in their underwear or whatever in limsa. So, they should just make stuff like the 2B leg slot items for like bikini bottoms or shorts, or whatever.
It'll add that variety folks keep clamoring for without all of the extra work. Make them cash shop items if you must recoup the extra costs, but I think this'll satisfy most of the community's demands, while not adding the extra work they say it'll be to rework ALL the items.
And of course, make them gender neutral, for inclusion sake.
