Defeat 100 enemies of comparable level to your own with your companion not counting one kill in fates. I was level 93 and did level 92 fate in Kozama'uka not one of the monsters killed counted. I was 98/100 going into the fate and after finishing it. I notice after doing fates today and yesterday there not counting as kills.
