This spell really is only good for the auto-refresh combo.... unless the TP reduced varies
 
lets ballista to see how much it reduces...

seriously tho i do think we need some ballista matches to test some of these spells.
 
I keep hearing about that...if I were to -guess-, I would say that since mobs don't always use TP at 100%, it may have had well over 100 TP when you used it. If it took away 50% and it had 150% TP, then that'd make sense. Try that with a mob < 20% HP, supposedly they will use abilities the instant they get TP at that point.

More likely SE is just a bunch of jerks though.

Aelf if you ever go on a Body Slam or Spinal Cleave hunt lemme know, I'm high enough to learn both now :D

Also from my experience with Light of Penance, yeah the TP down effect sucks. However the Blind/Flash effect from it seems to be damn effective, and seems to last a little longer than normal Flash. So I guess its not -completely- worthless.
 
got spinal cleave in arrepago reef over the weekend sometime... annoying one that is... body slam will most likely come from double dragonian :p
 
i still dont get how you could justify lvling to 75 and be missing so many spells.... would drive me nuts bein that gimped.
 
well people kept asking me to pt so i did then lost internet :S plus you need help for upper lvl spells which i lacked majorly

Heh linkshells are there to help one another but due to lack of Sea not many could help. Also they were just learning their way around Aht Urgan
