In-game time: 16:00 PM
Area and coordinates: Frontlines
Steps:
1. Get full Wolf Marks of 20 000 / 20 000
2. Enter a Frontline match (I'm guessing any PvP match works)
3. Finish the match to earn more Wolf Marks
4. You will see the error message.
