I Know there was a post about the Black screen issue and that person didn't replay on the board of the tech support and close it up.
What that person was saying is happening to me as well. After closing the game I get a black screen. There are 2 different ways to close the game
1. alt tab the game and right click taskbar and click on task management and force the game to shutdown.
2. after you close the game when the black screen appears. use CTRL + ALT + DEL and then sign out (look out if you was working on something you data maybe not being saved)
There are no Error Messages at all when the black screen appears.
If I recall it I have this issue sinds 5.3 patch
Intel I7 X980 (2nd gen)
12 GB ram
64 bit windows
GTX 1080 TI graphics card
ASUS ROG Swift Curved PG348Q Gaming Monitor - 34" 21:9
Asus Rampage III (1366 socket)
This was all what I can think of you probable needed to know.
