At first I do not want to make a big deal of this because I don't want dramas and stuff. However, after thorough consideration, I decide to bring this up because this is some type of harassment issue. First, my name is Fein Lou and I am friend with Senkiro Sen, the other person who got involved in this incident and we are both on Typhon. At first, Sen and I decided to form a group to start The Weapon's Refrain (aka UWU), so we started recruiting people. Sen posted a LFM message on FF14 Elemental EN Raid and specifically ask for "midcore" people. For me, being midcore means that we are prone to mistake, but we will improve despite unavoidable situtations like internet issue and PC problem etc. Then, a person named *** dm-ed Sen to ask to join. At first, we did not really want to accept him because his log and his statistics are rocket high and we were afraid that we might not up to his expectation. However, I told Sen to tell him that we are prone to lots of mistake and maybe struggle during raids and if you agree then you are welcome to. And of course, *** agreed. We did, manage to clear UWU (2 months or more) and we decided to do reclears for more weapons. And, despite Sen's english is not perfect, he did announce the new reclear schedule asking if people want to only do 1 lockout because 1 member does not really want to do re-clears too late during the night (actually most of the members are not fond of re-clearing too many times but we still did 7 reclears because ****** told us that he need 7 weapons).
Because the schedule was set but no one asked or objected anything so we assumed that everything is ok and we will do only 1 lockout and then we stop. However, incident happens that ****** accused us for not announcing the new schedule and that we ditched the group to do our personal affairs and that escalated quickly til the end of the last re-clear. He posted a wall of text on our Discord channel in general tab so that everyone can see it and left the channel immediately leaving Sen and I in shock.
This is the recruitment stating that we only want to stay "midcore". Sen also told him that we will not be as good because his statistics were too high
This one partly is Sen's fault as well because he did not explained well enough but if there are confusion, there should be at least a question or inquiry.
