Currently, Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. (SCEA) announced that they are experiencing technical difficulties with the authentication system (DNAS). Due to these issues, installation of the PlayOnline viewer or PlayOnline contents may not be available for any users on the "PlayStation 2" version.
The issue will take some time to resolve. New updates will follow as additional information becomes available by Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc. (SCEA).
Please be advised that users who have already completed the installation of all the contents will be able to use them as normal.
