This is not a joke, Whenever I read from someone else "No one really wants to get Aurum Vale in roulette" I think: "whats the matter? I dont mind at all.

The good thing about Aurum Vale to me is that it differentiates a teensy bit from the usual design. In the first area you have to pull mobs correctly, one of the rare times where you have to be careful with trash.

The other cool thing to me is that no boss feels unnecessary or trivial:

- The Locksmith teaches healer to watch out for their mana pool, it's tempting to AoE heal, but it's better to restrain yourself from anything frenzy. At the same times your party member have the responsibility to get rid of their buff at the right moment, additionally there is a party component to it regarding who takes which fruit, a reasonable but not too demanding challenge at this point in the game.

- Coincounter introduces you to the concept of watching more on the boss, since it's one of the first bosses who doesn't use any marker overall, you have to get a close look on its casting bar and which animation he does, positioning plays a minor part in this, which wasn't that much important up to this point, I think that's a great take on an straight forward boss.

- Misers Mistress on the other hand is pretty similar to the locksmith, but with an increased difficulty, adds and an area where you have to watch out more where you stand, the debuffs also work slightly different, which is why you have to watch out rather for your health instead of the amount of stacks. All in all if you beat the locksmith you will most likely beat this boss too, if places were swapped I believe this boss would prove way more dangerous than the locksmith, this shows how good you as a party has become.

Also it doesn't take necessary longer than other dungeons if everything runs smooth (exp share is good too if you are extrinsic motivated), actually I have a lot more fun running this and having to stay concentrated instead of just roflstomp through everything. Keeps things fresh, especially as an healer.

Given the position in the main story line as last 4 men dungeon before the post game I think it's good preperation. The difficulty curve breaks anyway after that, but this rather because the castrums are outdated in their design and no longer really fit their role that once was given to them.
