I was just thinking today that shadowbringers is extremely reliant on the player knowing the general gist of the crystal tower raid story considering that I don’t think it’s required for the main quest. It’s been almost 2 years since I finished ARR, so I can’t remember how optional it was, but isn’t it possible for the player to never touch that content and still get to shadowbringers?
