Any Tips For Shiny Dnc Weapons?

I am going to start leveling DNC and following the motto "always fight in style", I was wondering where and at which level I will be able to get nice (e.g., shiny, sparkly, decorated) DNC weapons/chakrams. Thanks for your tips!
