I just ordered the latest expansion as well as reactivating membership after not playing for a while. As soon as I attempt to login to the game client I get a message stating my account is suspended due to suspicious activity. I contact square ENIX via the only way I see possible; email. They take about 2 days between every email and I already paid for 30 days of membership . So I’m losing game time . So, as title states, Is there another way to contact them?
