Anti Black Action In Save The Queen

Today I was looking at potions while preparing for Delubrum and I came across this one
Essence of the Ordained
Increases damage dealt, healing potency, and max mp for the following classes
White Mage
Summoner
Scholar
Astrologian
Red Mage
All spellcaster classes represented, except Black Mage.
What's the deal with the blatant segregation, SE?
