So over careful thought, i think i know what to do with Fist of Wind, and Anatman.
Make Anatman a move that locks you in place (has no cooldown btw) but while it’s active. Your off Global moves like Tornado kick cool down maybe 20% faster.
You could use it during a phase change and have things like Tornado kick and perfect balance ready to be used again.
As for fist of wind, give it a similar effect as mantra, but personalized and as a stance not a buff. It could help healers with heal checks or at times when for whatever reason your hp is low. (Like after just being raised).
More so, as a backup idea to my suggestion. Anatman could lock you in place. But while active party, members around it have a Regen effect. Could once again help with heal checks and could pair well with mantra.
