As the title stated

Details:
- Game crashed as I was heading to The Peaks from Rhalgr's Reach while doing the Stormblood MSQ "A Familiar Face Forgotten". Now every time I try to log in the game, it keeps crashing and gives me the same message. My character's position is still said to be at The Peaks, and I'm stuck there.
- Something similar also happened as I was doing the quest "A Home In the Firmament", and the game crashed every time I tried to turn in the quest or talk with an NPC there. (But my character returned to Ishgard, so it was still ok.)
- Laptop is using Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050. Updated my drivers, but still crashes. DirectX 12.
- Tried deleting the My Games > FFXIV folder, but still crashes.
- I've tried changing graphic settings and resolution, but it still crashes.
Is there a way to reset my character's position to my home point? It would be great, as at least I might still be able to play the game if so.
Thank you for the help in advance, as I can't play the game at all like this.
