So, this may sound like a far fetched theory but I wanted to share it anyways.
When Hrothgar got introduced into the game, I noticed a lot of them had south slavic (more often than not leaning towards more Serbian traditional names, but names are shared all over the balkans for all of the slavic people inhibiting it) names. Names like Radovan (which means either Joyful or Hard working depending on how you interpret it) Zlatan (which means golden) and probl'y more I didn't notice.
In the same way, the name Bozja has a meaning in south slavic languages, it is derived from the word "god" (bog) and the word "me" (or ja, pronounced ya). Literally translated, it means "gods" or "possesion of god". It is usually said as Bozhiya, but some dialects (in parts of Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia) say it as Bozhya, pronouncing it without the I, hence, Bozja (with the J being a Y).
In trailers as well, the front looks like a WW1 area, with trenches and some early WW1 artillery (like cannons for example). Now, it's no secret that WW1 was initiated by a Serbian assasination of Franz Ferdinand on Bosnian territory (it's more complex than this I know but this is not the place for it).
So, considering all we know, I believe Bozja is meant to follow the Hrothgar south slavic naming convention.
