Alt+Shift+R (the default for Reply Temporarily (Back)) is not working for me.

- Double-checked that it was the actual command for it.
- Tried to remap it to other key combos, it worked.
- Deleted the old key setting and tried to remap it to Alt+Shift+R and it won't stick. It only registers "Alt+Shift" but when i press R, it doesn't register.
- All my keys are working fine outside of this issue.
- Set all the keybinds back to default, still doesn't work.
- Restarted the game, still doesn't work.
- Restarted the PC, still doesn't work.
- Sent a bug report, but wanted to put it here too just in case anyone can help or if anyone has the same issue.
