While an FC does not NEED a house per se, in order to be competitive an FC estate is needed in most cases. in a situation where available PLOTS are scarce, allowing individuals players to buy those plots while multiple FCs are vying for a plot really seems to be shooting FCs in the foot. also the random timer? yeah it deters selling but it also makes it so someone who has been waiting for hours for a plot can have it snaked by someone who just showed up at the exact right time. How about a moratorium on individual players buying plots on high pop servers?
