All Worlds Emergency Maintenance (Dec. 6)

At the following time, we will be performing maintenance on all Worlds. During this period, FINAL FANTASY XI will be unavailable.

Maintenance operations will delete any reservations for Pankration matches. Players who are scheduled to participate in Pankration matches, those who will enter Assault, Salvage or Einherjar areas, or those who will participate in Dynamis or Limbus at the time of the maintenance, we ask that you please wait until maintenance is complete before engaging in these activities. Please note that we cannot replace items that are lost during the maintenance process.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

* The World Transfer Service will be unavailable starting 30 minutes before the maintenance. Return Home to Vana'diel Campaign will also become unavailable once the maintenance begins. Please wait until after the maintenance is completed before attempting to use these services.

[Date & Time]
From Dec. 6, 2007 at 20:30 to Dec. 7, 2007 at 1:30 (PST)
* Maintenance completion time may be subject to change.

On the verge of being a "3rd Party App" -- you could setup a automated login script to do that for you when you disconnect, or say log or logout of your account at specific times. That's all it would do is log you out or log you in.

Awhile back, used this same process to hit "Retry" automatically when updates were failing during a major update.

Haha I remember that, after 4 hours of failed updates, I wrote a script that would left click my mouse every 6 seconds or so, put the cursor over the retry button and went to bed.

Would something like this be a windower file or something?
I'm really interested in something like this.

Tired of logging a mule on to sell crap, only to have it DC 5 minutes after I go to bed. Would this reconnect after a DC?

Does not require Windower or Windowed Mode.

I think the only real thing that you had to be cautious of was when you changed your resolution.

Anywhere, here is the App: http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/

It's not that hard to learn or understand.

You'd need a detection statement of some sort to determine if you are DC'd, etc.

Huh. I wonder if this would be useful for automating the things that I can't be bothered remembering at work, like how to log into our inventory system and find stuff in different warehouses. Hm...

I'm sure the IT guys will love this shit:

"Ravel, we've had over 30,000 access attempts for www.chickswithdicks.com in the last hour...from your computer....can we talk?"

"I was just trying to automate a login script!"

I'm a little sad that site is just a search portal

Have I ever mentioned that my best friend scarred me forever while we were in New Zealand with what I think was www.2girls1cup.com? I think that's the URL but I'm actually too afraid to check it because it was that disturbing.

Not work safe. Not sanity and warm nights of eiderdown ever again safe.

Take lemonparty.org x 100
