Not to disrespect their achievement. But that it's so easy to simply get rid of healers (and tanks...) shows just how low the healing requirements are.

And it's not just "casual" content either. We've had 2 full tiers of savage now, with only one left coming in the expac. And the healing requirements are a joke. Nothing comes anywhere close to the stormblood raids. Remember Almagest? Godka's 1hp drop with Heartless Angel, and all the different Forsaken attacks, and stuff in between? Final Omega was perhaps not as heavy because it was more about movement, but it was still heavier than what we have now.

Then you have the likes of Titan and Shiva. Which really only have one slightly-challenged-while-ilvl-is-low healcheck at the very end of the respective fights. That become jokes when you're max ilvl.

So is this a problem? Well, when some of the hardest fights in the game can have you being a glare/malefic/broil bot for 3+ minutes at a time with maybe touching an oGCD heal during that time - it really highlights the simplified healer DPS and.... it's just really boring.

Even in stormblood a lot of people thought healing requirements were too low, thus making the DPS meta even stronger. But with ShB, SE has only made it worse - and made healing requirements even lighter.
