It mostly is happening in Occult Crescent, it happens reliably when a boss/fate is about to do some large moves and is making it impossible to play.
I dont have the issue outside of Occult Crescent.
I had this issue shortly after Dawntrail launched but after some patches the issue went away, Guess whatever SE did in the backend of this patch brought the freeze ups back.
