So I’m a tank main through and through. All MMORPGs I’ve played it’s always been tank. FFXIV I’ve nearly maxed out every tank and almost done with that feat.
Now, with that being said, I want to venture into a DPS role. I’ve never DPS’d a day in my life lol. Dragoon looks so badass so I’m wanting to try that class out but I’m not sure if that’s a good fit for beginner DPS?
Any advice and recs for DPS would be helpful. The last thing I want to do is try my hand at dungeons and trials and be of no use, if anything I would be deadweight.
Also, I understand doing FATES and small quests to get a handle on DPS. But I know it’s deeper than that when it comes to these higher level dungeons and trials. Maybe I’m just overthinking it, idk. ANYWAYS, any tips help. Thank you!
