I would suggest to add support for MFA push notifications when logging into your account. This would have a number of benefits:
1 - Convenience, approving a push notification is much easier than having to open the token app and enter the one-time password. This should lead to better adopting of the option as well.
2 - Security, push notification MFA is more secure than a one-time password as it helps curb entry of credentials on a phishing site. It also allows users to monitor login attempts as they would get push notification prompts if there are any login attempts.
