Who are we?
Rooks and Raccoons <OPPA> is a newly formed FC built by a group of friends that met in FFXIV . Our current members are all at end-game and active in savage raiding, but we welcome players of all levels. Most of our members are currently students or working individuals and their in-game activity reflects that schedule. We welcome players of all levels and backgrounds, and are friendly, accepting, welcoming and not toxic.
Our aim is to build a small tight-knit community in which members can get to know one another and not just be another number in a sea of people you don’t know. We hope that when players log on they’ll recognize everyone and be able to play with one another without feeling excluded.
Our eventual goal and focus is to have FC events such as: map parties, mount farms, blue mage spell learning parties, savage learning parties, and more.
What do we provide and why should you join us?
We have a small FC house located at Plot 9, 11th Ward, Mist , conveniently located right beside a marketboard. Our founding members are all highly knowledgeable in all aspects of the game such as crafting and combat and would happy to answer any questions that you may have.
We have airships and submarines that can be eventually used to farm for exclusive exploration only items such as minions and materials. All members can enjoy 24-hr FC buffs (and others by-demand), and HQ raid food, potions, and even crafting/battle gear can be provided to members that have shown contributions to the community.
Furthermore, we aim to provide an environment that is welcoming and judgment free where members can feel comfortable socializing and integrate into the community easily. Individual member contributions will be noted in an objective manner so contributions can be given the recognition they deserve.
