Who are we?
Lost Seraphim <Lost>, is a cooperative FC that started at the beginning of Shadowbringers by long time veterans. We are recruiting 3 members who are looking for an active group to play with. Players who have reached end game, are social, and want to engage in doing the newest content together would be an ideal fit for the group.
Our aim has been to build a community that know and play with each other regularly, not a super large one with a wall of unknown names. We have 45 member cap.
Our established group of members are mostly working adults with some younger people, but all 20+. Most of our members are extremely active, coming on almost everyday, through the entire patch cycle.
The focus, as a group, is to regularly do events together. The nature of these events have included FC led Savage, EX farms, alliance raids, and Maps parties, in addition to running daily content like roulettes together. These events have regularly full parties, and are run four times per week.
Why should you join us?
We're extremely active. Most of our members are playing everyday. Our level of activeness rivals those FCs with 100+ or even 200+ member ones. Every member is at end game.
There are NO CLIQUES. Almost everyone in the FC joined solo or as a pair, and so far nothing close to a clique has been observed. This makes it easier for new members to integrate into the community.
Unlike other FCs, there's actually a designed system to move up. How to do so is clearly addressed in detail upon joining the FC. It's made so that only the most appropriate and deserving members can make it to the top.
What do we provide?
We have a prime real-estate home in Shirogane, Ward 9, Plot 20, directly next to a marketboard.
FC Events, as mentioned above, are held 2-3 times per week, based on member availability. All members are encouraged to join.
We’ve also got an active, boosted discord server that is used by every member. Use of this server is heavily relied upon for organization. We really want you to be able to and feel like checking in on us, even when you can't login. It will be used to facilitate lot of FC discussion, learn about members, give feedback about changes you'd like to see being made, and not to mention a variety of social channels.
What can you contribute?
If you wish to take a more active part in the FC, there are opportunities to contribute, and be recognized for it through a detailed rank and leadership system, as mentioned above. This system has been thought up with great care (and through experience), rewarding active play with others and sustained contribution to the co-operative model. Moving up the ranks is carefully explained and completely non-arbitrary. Doing so allows for more say in how things are run.
