Hello, I purchased a number of mounts in the year of 2025 and decided to delete my old character and start a new one. Upon logging in and going to the mail moogle I noticed that the mounts I purchased last year were not there. I waited a few days after hitting the resend action on the moogle and logged in thinking it was just a matter of time for them to be resent. I logged in four days after my initial log in to find they still weren't in my mailbox. I checked my characters lodestone and it only shows my character as having my four mounts from previous reservation bonuses. The purchase history is in my account and shows the mounts I ordered. Is there anything I have to do or is this a known issue? Thank you
