ill probably delete this post once i get a few responses (no need to downvote unless it makes you happy then go for it)
bit of an odd question but to make a very long story short, my bank account was under attack and it reverted my paypal payments (including my payment for xiv playtime), now i got everything fixed except today when i tried to log into ffxiv it said: ''Your Square Enix account was terminated due user agreement violation''
does anyone know anyone that this has happened to? and how did that end for them? because this is about a payment outside of my control and permanently terminating my account for it feels like an overreaction.
i already tried contacting square enix but getting a response can probably take a while from them, i just want to know basically if there is any hope at all for me to get my account back
