On the above link, if you look at 31-33 seconds it happens with wheeling thrust where I've hit the keybind when it's lit up, but then the GCD is almost delayed and hits again so I need to press it twice.
Then the same at 48-50 secs.
It's like the animation starts then another CD comes out of nowhere and I need to hit it again. It isn't just Wheeling Thrust, it's random with all abilities.
Any help is appreciated? What is actually happening here and how do I resolve it?
