I started playing this game about a month ago (quarantine time is wild) and had some trouble with impatient people in dungeons telling me to skip cutscenes and stuff. This sub was super encouraging. I'm now a couple quests from the end of SHB and wanted to say thank you.
This has ended up being one of the most rewarding video games I've played. Like damn I cried for hours after parts of Heavensward. That stuff was brutal, but only because it was good. Somehow I've avoided spoilers, but I've also had a lot of stupid questions and ended up going to this sub a few times a day to figure out stuff I was too dumb to get on my own and man have you guys been amazing. Thank you to everyone who marks spoilers and thank you to everyone who patiently answers noob questions.
A lot my friends have gotten into it now, too, and our dms as they get to every new plot twist or cool boss are like daily popcorn hours for me. Now I get to be the one that sits around while someone new watches cutscenes.
Anyway TL;DR: absolutely love this game and its community and it's really saved my sanity during these weird times. Thank you guys!
