In one part of the Scholasticate questline in Ishgard, you can see Blaisie's friend whispering to her.
Getting too close to them causes her to stop and look at you, which imo was already a pretty neat detail for an NPC you're not expected to interact with at that point of the quest. Turns out if you use Ninja's Hide ability, she continues talking to her without noticing you!

Kinda boring and maybe other NPCs do this but I get excited from little things like this.
